Congratulations to the young sales girl in the shop today on her customer service. She approached me within seconds of entering the shop and offered assistance. She certainly knew her stuff and where to find it in the shop. A real credit to Jaycar and she should be proud of her initiative. Well done.

Second to none for customer service. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that jump to your aid as soon as you enter. Products are quality and reasonably priced.

Jaycars staff are amazing! I went in to buy a part for a recliner chair and although they didn't sell it I was assisted to purchase from a reputable online store. After delivery I needed a further part and again I was given prompt attention by jaycars staff. Thanks for making a situation less stressful!

Big shoutout to Wade. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on how to set up store speakers through an amp with a switch as I had no idea. Took the time to explain it all to me and I’m very thankful for him being a part of the crew there.

Excellent service! Went to Repco, Supercheap and Autobarn searching for a Flasher Relay for my car, none of them were able to advise which would suit my car. Jaycar staff immediately helped me as I walked through the door, recommended a relay and even had an ex-auto electrician on staff who was able to confirm that it would be a correct fit (which it was). Very happy with the service there.

Helpful, friendly and informative staff. They helped me solve my problem and helped me to upgrade my gear. It is always nice to know that there is a local store that stocks all these hobby items. It is even better when the shop has helpful, knowledgeable staff. The two staff members that helped me today were certainly respectful and supportive and helped me deal with some frustrations. I have been back here at least 3 times since I posted this review and the staff are even more helpful and knowledgeable on the products.

Friendly staff very helpful. Quick service by staff who know what they are talking about with their products. Today's purchase was a power supply for my Vodafone modem. They found an appropriate unit and took the extra time to explain the polarity of the plug that goes into the modem ensuring is its correctly aligned. The supply has multiple adapters. Jaycar has always had great staff both in Sydney and Tuggerah where I now shop. Thanks for making things easy and having what I needed.
